Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By using the company’s services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. You may not use the company’s services if you do not agree to these terms and conditions

Services

The company offers diversified digital services, including:

1. WordPress website development(e-commerce/Business). 
2. SEO (search engine optimization)
3. PPC (pay-per-click) advertising
4. Social media marketing
5. Email automations
6. Graphics designing.
7. Social media management.
8. Tech support.

The company’s fees are based on the services you choose and the scope of work. The company will provide you with a quote in advance of starting project.

Payment is due 50% advance within 7 days of receiving the invoice, working on the project will be started after receiving 50% in advance payment. The company accepts payment by bank transfer or credit card.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the work produced by the company for you will belong to you. However, the company reserves the right to use the work for its own marketing purposes.

Confidentiality

The company will keep all information you provide confidential. The Company will not share your information with any third parties without your consent.

Limitation of Liability

The company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the company’s services.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by giving written notice to the other party.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

Waiver

No waiver of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck from these Terms and Conditions, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Notices

All notices and other communications under this agreement shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly given when delivered in person, upon the first business day following deposit in the Pakistan mail, postage prepaid, certified or registered, return receipt requested, addressed as follows:

Changes to Terms and Conditions:
